For the past 17 years, I have helped hundreds of my clients to get clear of the issues and emotions that were weighing them down and holding them back from being and living from their true authentic selves.
Well now I have been directed to take on another mission; that being the role of a Death Doula. Much like a birth doula assists a birthing mother, I will be assisting the dying into a more peaceful state so that they can cross over with dignity and grace.
Fortunately, and given the current isolation protocols, I can do this distantly. I have worked successfully with clients from Venezuela, Paris, Mexico, Los Angeles, New York, Colorado, Texas, Seattle, and more
As a culture, most of us have a concept of death that, in our opinion, is inaccurate. That concept is overladen with fear. Woody Allen surmised it perfectly it when he said: I’m not afraid to die, I just don’t want to be there when it happens. The fact of the matter is that we will all die. It’s like we’re living in one big open-air hospice. But the ultimate question is HOW we die.
